Hate having to say this next sentence.
I didn't get into Carleton.
My GPA ended up being only a 2.80.
I'll revisit University in a year or so. Or maybe if we can afford it this year (since now I have to earnestly look for a job come August), I'll do some part-time study.
Right now, though, I'm going to go lay in bed and mope at how much of a failure I am.

You are not a failure, girl! Everything happens for a reason. Perhaps next year will be better for you to be in school. You're going to have so much going on soon. Focus on the positive :) My fingers are crossed for an awesome job to come your way!

Ugh, I'm so sorry! What a disappointment! Hopefully next year you will get in where you want, and in the meantime some more job experience is never a bad thing.
