hai! i found your blog... more to the point, facebook directed me to it. man, you'll get through that phase of wanting to eat, eat, eat no problem... i just hope they've got enough flavours of shake to keep you from getting bored?!

I'm on 1200 calories a day atm, I think I'd rather eat less food than a shake though. I really like that they re-teach you how to eat well.
Do they expect you to do a certain amount of exercise on the program as well? Have you set yourself personal goals of weight and rewards for reaching them? I find that totally motivational...especially when my 80kg goal is a kitten!
How did you find/enrol for this? I'm curious to learn more.
