It's time for the fridayfive!

What was the last meal that caused you to be ill?
Um, I get ill on a regular basis. It happens so often I can't remember the last meal I ate to make me ill, just that I am. Although anything excessively dairy and/or excessively caffienated seems to do the trick.
Are there any places you never dine anymore because of a bad experience hours after the meal? What’s your prescription for dealing with a food-caused illness?
Yep, Kentucky Fried Chicken is one place I got sick off of once just over two years ago now and I haven't touched it since. Lost all desire to, actually.
When friends tell you about coming down with food-caused illnesses, do you avoid the places they name, or do you figure it’s a dice-roll wherever you go?
None of my friends have name-dropped like that (other than the compulsory joke about Chinese places using cat/dog as their meat), but I say know your limitations - aka if you know Indian food makes you ill and you go anyways, well, uh, let's just slap a big fat D'OH sticker on your forehead. okay? - and you should be fine.
After numerous citations, a very, very popular restaurant that you’re quite fond of is shut down by the health department until it can get everything up to code. When the health department gives the restaurant the o.k. to reopen, do you go?
Sure, but only in the first month or so that it's re-open. Think about it - it'll probably be the cleanest it's ever been during that time! It's after that that it'll start to slip again (if it does).
