Keith and I are thisclose to getting tickets to go to Wicked. YAAAAAAAAYY!!!! I've been wanting to see Wicked for ages, and its finally coming to Ottawa, August 13-31, and WE'RE ACTUALLY GOING!!!!Now I just have to wait until August without exploding from excitement. Can it be done? Stay tuned to find out.
Keith finally let me get flowers too! Granted, it was when we were grocery shopping together, and I picked them out. But he did pay and they are sooo gorgeous and its the first time there has been any kind of flower giving in our relationship, so I don't really GIVE a rat's ass about the level of romance (read: zilch) in getting them.
He also got me four books of my choosing yesterday. (Yep, I'm spoiled.) I got Jodi Picoult's "The Tenth Circle", two by Philippa Gregory "The Virgin's Lover" and "The Queen's Fool" and "Little Earthquakes" by Jennifer Weiner.
I got The Tenth Circle because I'm on a mission to collect all of Jodi Picoult's books; so far I have four including this one. I got Philippa Gregory because historical fiction is easily my favourite genre as well as she wrote "The Other Boyeln Girl" which was decent enough to turn into a movie. As for Jennifer Weiner, she wrote a book called "Good In Bed" that I own and it had me laughing out loud, so that's another author I wouldn't mind collecting her complete works. (hint, hint :P)

Wicked was playing a block from our hotel while we were in Melbourne. I was disappointed it was the show playing so we didnt go see it lol.

I would love to see Wicked! That is awesome! I hope you survive the wait. :P But man, I am betting the wait will be worth it! :) How exciting!

Did you know Jennifer Weiner has a new book out too? It's called Certain Girls. I've got Goodnight nobody by her on my TBR pile too now that I think about it.
